Western Aviation News founder Brett Ballah

Brett Ballah is the founder and Publisher of Western Aviation News. He is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology Airport Operations Program.

Brett is an experienced writer, journalist, and newsroom leader in Vancouver, Canada whose work has been featured on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Global News, TVOntario, CKNW Vancouver, CHED Edmonton, CBS New York, Marketplace, and many more. He has led award-winning newsrooms in Toronto, Vancouver, and Quebec City in both English and French.

He grew up watching 737s from Pacific Western Airlines fly over his house, and has maintained a passion for the airline industry ever since.
