Elements of Flair‘s summer schedule are being revealed, as the airline slowly announces its plans on social media, with service returning to Halifax and Victoria, and two new routes in Western Canada.
The ultra low-cost carrier announced Tuesday it will serve Victoria from its hub in Edmonton five times a week from June until early September, and it will fly a new route from Halifax to Toronto, though service last year was offered to Hamilton, Ontario. Flair revealed the services as rival Swoop announced its summer schedule, featuring 40 per cent more flights than in 2018, including new routes within Canada and to the United States, and an expansion in Edmonton, setting up an fierce battle for passengers in the coming months in the Alberta capital.
